Are dogs allowed at the Christmas Tree Farm?

Yes! Well-behaved dogs are welcome to join your Christmas mini session at Dural Christmas Tree Farm, provided they remain on a leash at all times. They make the sweetest addition to your family Christmas photos.

Can we book an extended family Christmas mini session?

If you'd like grandparents, cousins, or multiple families included, you'll need to book two consecutive Christmas mini sessions. This allows enough time to photograph all the different family combinations without feeling rushed.

Are Christmas mini session bookings refundable?

Session fees are non-refundable, as your booking reserves a specific time on our limited Christmas Mini Session dates. If you're unable to attend, your booking can be transferred to another family or friend.

Can we buy a Christmas tree while we're there?

Absolutely! After your Christmas mini session, you're welcome to visit the farm shop to purchase your own real Christmas tree. Simply chat with the friendly team at Dural Christmas Tree Farm for pricing and availability.

Is there parking at the Christmas Tree Farm?

Yes, there is free on-site parking available at Dural Christmas Tree Farm, making it easy for families with young children to arrive for their Christmas photography session.

What should we wear for our Christmas mini session?

Have fun with it! Christmas is the perfect excuse to dress up and embrace the festive spirit. Soft earthy tones and neutral colours always photograph beautifully among the Christmas trees, but rich reds, forest greens, burgundy, deep browns and other warm festive colours look just as stunning. Choose outfits that coordinate rather than match exactly, and don't be afraid to add a little personality. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable, confident, and like yourselves.

What happens if it rains?

If the weather is unsafe or very wet, your Christmas mini session may be rescheduled where possible. I'll keep a close eye on the forecast and be in touch if changes are needed.

How long is the Christmas mini session?

Each Christmas mini session lasts 10 minutes, making it perfect for young children while still capturing beautiful, natural family moments.

When will we receive our photos?

Your online gallery will be delivered within 2-4 weeks. You'll be able to choose your included images and purchase additional photographs if you'd like.

How many photos are included in my Christmas mini session?

Your Christmas mini session includes 6 professionally edited high-resolution digital photographs, carefully chosen from your online gallery. If you fall in love with more than six images (which many families do!), you'll have the option to upgrade your gallery and purchase additional digital photographs after viewing your images. There's no pressure to decide beforehand.
